Refund Policy

At Enqueste, we value your time and the time of our professionals. The following policy applies to all counselling sessions, assessments, programs, and bundled services booked through our website:

Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a scheduled session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the session time. Requests made within this window may be accommodated subject to availability.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or failure to attend a session without prior notice, will be treated as a no-show, and the session will be considered delivered. No refund or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.

Refund Policy

All payments made for individual sessions, assessments, packages, or multi-session programs are non-refundable once a session has been booked or a program has commenced.

For bundled services or multi-session programs (including career assessments), refunds will not be issued for partially used or unused sessions once the first session has taken place.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or rescheduling may be considered only in rare cases of:

• Technical failure on Enqueste's end that prevents session delivery, or

• Session cancellation initiated by Enqueste or the assigned professional

In such cases, Enqueste may, at its discretion, offer a rescheduled session or a partial refund.

Assessment Tools & Reports

Once psychometric assessments, evaluations, or reports have been administered or shared, they are considered delivered services and are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting Enqueste may result in suspension of services. Enqueste reserves the right to provide relevant documentation to payment processors to resolve such disputes.

Policy Updates

Enqueste reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of the website or services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
